Frans is consultant eMobility charging infrastructure. He is experienced in drafting infrastructure rollout strategies for public (municipalities, regional/national governments) and private organisations. He is involved in large scale tenders for public charging concessions to install and operate thousands of chargers to facilitate the transition to eMobility. Also, Frans is active in the Netherlands Knowledge Platform for Charging Infrastructure, aimed and sharing and standardizing best-practices in charging with an emphasis on charging for (heavy-duty) logistics.

He has been active in Europe, Asia and the Carribean.
